Brain Bucks Game Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Brain Bucks Game Terms of Service ("Game Terms") govern your use of the Brain Bucks game ("the Game"), a standalone product by Brain Bucks LLC. The Game is a raffle-based system in which players earn entries into prize drawings by correctly answering challenges. These Game Terms are in addition to and supplement our General Terms of Service.

2. How the Game Works

Earning Raffle Entries

Players are presented with challenges (trivia questions, puzzles, or other knowledge-based tasks). When you answer a challenge correctly, you earn one or more raffle entries into the applicable prize drawing. The number of entries earned per correct answer may vary and will be disclosed within the Game.

No Guarantee of Winning

Prize Drawings

Raffle drawings are conducted at intervals determined by Brain Bucks LLC. The timing, frequency, and prize amounts for each drawing will be announced within the Game prior to the drawing. Brain Bucks LLC reserves the right to modify drawing schedules and prize structures at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Brain Bucks game, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Be located in a jurisdiction where raffle-based prize systems are permitted by law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid PayPal account to receive prize payouts
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Brain Bucks LLC

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse or revoke access if you do not meet these requirements. If you are located in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts raffle-based prize systems, you are not permitted to participate.

4. Raffle Entries

• Raffle entries are earned solely by correctly answering challenges within the Game
• Entries are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or gifted to other users
• Entries are valid only for the specific drawing period in which they are earned, unless otherwise stated
• Brain Bucks LLC reserves the right to void entries earned through fraudulent means, exploitation of bugs, or violation of these Game Terms
• The accumulation of entries does not create any entitlement to a prize

5. Prizes & Payouts

Prize Selection

• Winners are selected through raffle drawings from the pool of eligible entries
• Prize amounts, quantities, and odds are disclosed within the Game prior to each drawing
• Brain Bucks LLC's determination of winners is final and binding

PayPal Payouts

• All cash prizes are paid exclusively through PayPal
• You must have a verified PayPal account linked to your Brain Bucks account to receive payouts
• Payouts are processed within 5–10 business days after a drawing is finalized
• Brain Bucks LLC is not responsible for PayPal fees, currency conversion charges, or delays caused by PayPal
• If your PayPal account is invalid, suspended, or otherwise unable to receive funds, your prize may be forfeited after 30 days of failed delivery attempts
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply

Unclaimed Prizes

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Brain Bucks account. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be returned to future prize pools at Brain Bucks LLC's discretion.

6. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your winnings. Brain Bucks LLC may be required to report certain winnings to tax authorities and may withhold taxes as required by law. We may request tax identification information (e.g., SSN or TIN) before processing payouts above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested tax information may result in delayed or withheld payouts.

7. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating

You agree to:

• Play fairly and honestly at all times
• Answer all challenges using your own knowledge and ability
• Not use any form of automated assistance, bots, scripts, search engines, AI tools, or other external aids to answer challenges
• Not collude with other players or share answers
• Not create or use multiple accounts to accumulate additional entries
• Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Game
• Not attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the raffle drawing system

Violation of fair play rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all accumulated entries, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent ban from the Game. Brain Bucks LLC reserves the right to use automated and manual methods to detect cheating.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Game account at any time if we believe you have violated these Game Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Game. Upon termination:

• All accumulated raffle entries will be voided
• Pending payouts may be withheld pending investigation
• Prizes won through violations will be forfeited
• You will not be entitled to any refund or compensation

9. Disclaimers & No Guarantee

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BRAIN BUCKS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE AVAILABILITY OF PRIZES, THE FREQUENCY OF DRAWINGS, OR YOUR LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING.

PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PRIZE OR MONETARY REWARD. RAFFLE ENTRIES HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE CURRENCY, PROPERTY, OR A FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAIN BUCKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PRIZES, FAILED PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS, TAX LIABILITIES, OR DISAPPOINTMENT FROM NOT WINNING.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware.

12. Changes to Game Terms

We may modify these Game Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued participation in the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Game.
