Welcome to Brain Bucks LLC ("Brain Bucks," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any of our games, applications, websites, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Brain Bucks LLC develops and operates both games and applications. These Terms apply broadly to all Brain Bucks products and services unless otherwise noted.

2. Our Products & Services

Games

Brain Bucks LLC creates and publishes interactive games across mobile, web, and other platforms. Each game may have additional rules, guidelines, or terms specific to that game. By playing any Brain Bucks game, you agree to comply with the applicable game rules.

Applications

Brain Bucks LLC also develops and publishes software applications. These applications are governed by these Terms along with any application-specific terms presented at the time of download or registration.

Brain Bucks Game (Raffle System)

Our standalone game called "Brain Bucks" is a raffle-based system where players earn entries into prize drawings by correctly answering challenges. Correctly answering a challenge earns you raffle entries but does not guarantee a winning ticket or cash prize. Winners are selected through raffle drawings, and prizes are paid via PayPal.

Due to the unique nature of the raffle system and real-money prizes, the Brain Bucks game is governed by its own separate Brain Bucks Game Terms of Service, which include additional eligibility requirements, raffle rules, prize structures, and payout terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. In-App Purchases

Some Services may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAIN BUCKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
